Activities Away from Usual Meeting Place

Here is an update on activities and meetings held away from your usual meeting place.  If you are planning these meetings, please ensure they are logged with the district team at least 48 hours before the meeting is scheduled to take place.  You will also need to submit a copy of your risk assessment and potentially a copy of the 3rd party's PLI Insurance Certificate (If applicable)

Remember, your Group Lead Volunteer should have already approved the Event and Risk Assessment and then submitted it online below.

We have made an effort to make the form easy to use. It will guide you through the necessary details and automatically send a copy of the information to the District Team, your GLV, the Event lead, and the person submitting the form. We know this is an extra measure, but it helps ensure the safety of our events and our young people.
